IT was a mixed bag of results for Ben Rhydding Hockey Club’s first teams.
The women’s side did manage to secure three points on the road. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same for the men who, with three key players missing, went down 2-0 at Leeds.
Wins for the men’s and women’s second team teams by 2-1 in each case, resulted in a positive weekend for the pair of teams.
This weekend the first teams are playing at Durham University. The women start at 4pm followed by the men at 6pm.
It should be a good evening of action under the lights.
At Ben Rhydding, the women’s third team play at home to Lindum second team at 1.30pm in what will be a tough top of the table match, followed by the visit of unbeaten Stokesley men to play Ben Rhydding’s second men’s team at 3pm.
