ILKLEY Town put on a dominant display to rise back into the play-off places with a 3-1 victory at home to Club Thorne Colliery on Tuesday evening.
The Baht'atters capitalised on having a game in hand on Athersley Recreation who were sat in 5th, the final play-off spot, before Ilkley's game kicked off on Tuesday.
Alfie Dean was on hand once again for Sam Dexter's side, as he put the hosts ahead after just five minutes.
Harry Brown doubled Ilkley's advantage in the 17th minute, and talisman Kevin Gonzalez made sure of the victory in the second half with a penalty.
The visitors did managed to pull one back late on but it only proved to be consolation strike as Ilkley hung on to an important 3-1 victory.
