Matt Dinsdale (74 no) notched most of New Rover’s 192-9, a total that stood little chance against Rawdon’s big-hitting Ben Morley and James Dobson (71 no), the former making an unbeaten 113 from just 63 balls as his side cruised to victory with half their overs to spare.
Oli Halliday and Charlie Simondson took four wickets apiece as Otley bowled Addingham out for 180 at Cross Green, with Halliday (36 no) and James Davies (48 no) seeing them over the line in the 38th over.
Ilkley's torrid start to the Aire-Wharfe League Division 1 season continued on Saturday, with the Bah’tatter’s falling to the foot of the table after being thrashed at fellow strugglers Bilton.
Russell Robshaw (6-35), Tuseif Arshad (2-27), and Luke Jarvis (2-3) put the hosts in a commanding position after bowling Ilkley out for just 68, a total that they reached in just 15 overs thanks to Cameron Martin (26) and Sam Dale (25 not out).
Burley-in-Wharfedale were without the reliable Red Bolton, but that didn’t stop them from moving up to third after a 31-run win at Collingham & Linton.
Jason Wright (101) and Matt Hastings (84) were in fine form to help the visitors post 270-8, with youngster Joe Hall (5-65) impressing after tea to ensure that the hosts fell 31 runs short of their target.
Hearts were in mouths at North Leeds, who just squeaked past newcomers Horsforth Hall Park at the Homestead.
Middle-order Aqib Iqbal (56) top-scored in the hosts’ 213-9, a total that they defended by just seven runs thanks to Yash Pednekar (5-67), despite notable contributions from Horsforth wicketkeeper Steve Phillips (67) and skipper Ben Waller (45).
Elsewhere, Saltaire fell to their fourth loss of the season in a low-scoring match at home to Beckwithshaw, with Joe Holderness (6-43) and Stuart Hudson (2-28) cleaning up with the ball as the reigning champions were bowled out for 19 runs short of their 158 target.
In Division 2, Pool made it six wins from six, but they were pushed by visitors Olicanian.
Rob Goldthorp (100) and Will Pallister (51) were the standouts as the leaders scored a competitive 259-7, a total that the visitors came just 13 runs shy of reaching thanks to Tom Starkey (43), Corrie Keable (43) and extras (39).
Follifoot are now up to second after half-centuries from James Orton (71) and Hector Bowerman (63 no) saw them cruise past Steeton by eight wickets, with Calverley St.Wilfrids dropping to third after Will Grace (74) and James Sawyer (5-70) helped visitors Harden to a narrow 19-run win.
Tong Park Esholt were the division’s top scorers after posting a mammoth 309-9 to thrash hosts Adel by 106 runs.
Most of that was down to skipper Dave Hester (128) who formed partnerships with Lee Gordon (39) and Fawad Maqsood (46), despite Jamin Barron-Troop (4-93) and Joe Harrison (3-44) making breakthroughs with the ball.
Taseer Javed and Saqib Mir then took three wickets apiece as the visitors were bowled out for 203, with Adel skipper Elliott Audsley (44) adding a quarter of that as one of only five batters to make double figures.
