INVESTIGATORS are working to determine the cause of a fire at a building near Bradford City’s ground.
The blaze broke out on the second floor of Cornwall House (pictured) on Cornwall Terrace at around 6.40am yesterday.
The small fire was dealt with by crews from Bradford fire station in breathing gear. They remained at the scene to clear the smoke from the building using high-pressure fans.
The fire was contained to a small break room section of the second floor.
Although the fire did not spread, it left the building heavily smokelogged.
A crew from Shipley relieved the Bradford crew at 8am.
A fire investigation officer remained at the scene for much of the morning, and the cause is currently being investigated.
