Union flag
SIR - As a supporter of the Haworth 1940s Weekend for many years, I was concerned to see the Union flag displayed upside down.
This used to be a signal that "the Citadel is under siege".
Can we take it in the current atmosphere of panic, that Vladimir Putin and his Russian bandits pose a threat to the May event?
