An outdoor champagne reception was staged at the official opening of a new estate agency in Ilkley.
More than 60 people attended the event at Hunters in the heart of Crescent Court.
After branch owner Lester Hurst welcomed guests, the president of Hunters, John Waterhouse, cut the ribbon to open the base. The luxurious interior is the work of Lester’s wife, Natalie Murray-Hurst, an interior designer.
Ilkley MP Kris Hopkins said: “I was delighted to attend the opening of Hunters in Ilkley and to witness the hugely impressive support it received from other businesses in the town. Lester and his team are rightly proud of the very attractive office they have put together. I have no doubt that the firm will go from strength to strength in the months and years ahead, and I wish them every success.”
On Saturday a free family fun day event was staged attended by Joe Sayers, Yorkshire cricketer and Wharfe Valley local lad.
Lester said: “After the success of our industry launch event and the family day, we have hit the ground running.”
