THIS December, Otley Courthouse welcomes two fantastic theatre productions that are sure to bring the festive cheer!

Bah Humbug! by On A Role Theatre Company is on at the Courthouse on Thursday, December 12th at 7.30pm

A modern twist on the classic Scrooge tale, Bah Humbug! follows Joanne, a wealthy but lonely woman who loathes Christmas. On Christmas Eve, she finds herself unexpectedly visited by a mysterious woman who seems to know far too much about Joanne’s family and her less-than-perfect past. What unfolds is a bittersweet comedy that will make you laugh and cry in equal measure.

Age guidance: 14+ (includes strong language).

Then following their sell out performances of Chimes last Christmas and Hi-De-Hi earlier this year, Otley Players are delighted to be bringing to the audiences of Otley ‘Camelot’ by Ben Crocker.

Packed with laughs and adventure, this family-friendly production features Prince Arthur, Guinevere, Merlin, and a cast of delightful characters as they take on the wicked witch Morgan le Fay and her not-so-scary sidekick, Valerin.

Expect a magical mix of princesses, wizards, invisible men, teddy bears, and more in this Christmas treat, perfect for all ages.

A spokesperson for Otley Players said: "Camelot'ley, as we like to call it is a brilliantly funny panto based on the exploits of the brave Arthur and Guinevere, Nurse Connie Clatterbottom, Merlin and the dastardly Morgan Le Fey. There are jokes and songs, magic and mayhem, not to mention Buttercross Woffington Camelot’s resident dog."

Otley Players are working in conjunction with Otley Courthouse to bring three performances to audiences on Saturday, December 14 at 2pm and 7pm, and Sunday, December 15th at 2pm.

Tickets cost £35 for a family of four ticket, or between £9/11 for single tickets.
