Let Luce Training, based in a unit off Back Nelson Road, in Ilkley is on the market for £21,955 with Ernest Wilson Business Agents.

The business agents said that it presents a "wonderful opportunity to acquire this charming gym studio" and would "suit a dedicated and innovative mind".

Let Luce Training was set up in 2017 and is now being sold so founder and owner, Lucy Hanson, can focus on her young family, according to a spokesperson for Ernest Wilson.

The gym studio is arranged over two floors, with a fitness studio on the ground floor that features an array of quality equipment, as well as toilet facilities.

There is a further fitness studio on the first floor.

The business specialises in pre and post-natal fitness classes, but also offers personal training services and other sessions, such as family HIIT and strength training.
