HOMEBUILDER, David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West, has welcomed the first families to its Centurion Meadows development in Burley-in-Wharfedale.
The development of three, four, and five bedroom homes launched in June last year and has now seen two families move into their new homes.
Rebecca and Rob Wilkinson were keen to find a family home in the Wharfe Valley and after touring the show homes, the couple chose the traditional stone-built Avondale.
The Wilkinson's said: “We’re delighted with our wonderful new home at Centurion Meadows. We want to thank all the team at David Wilson Homes for making this such a smooth process and we can’t wait to build our future in our new home."
Other new residents are Kira and Frank Page. They were the first family to reserve a home at Centurion Meadows.
The Page’s said: “When we attended the pre-launch event at Ilkley Golf Club we knew the Greenwood at Centurion Meadows was perfect for us and ticked so many of our boxes. We knew this was ‘the one’ and we knew we’d be able to continue our lives together here. A huge thank you to the David Wilson team for all their support in getting us into our new home.”
Prices on the development start at £489,995 and prospective buyers can book a tour around the show homes which are open now.
