HSBC community pop ups are coming to Ilkley this summer following the recent closure of its branch in Wells Road.
HSBC will be at the Clarke Foley Community Centre, providing community pop ups on the following dates over summer: June 28 (9:30am - 1:30pm), July 11 (noon - 4pm), July 25 (noon -4pm), and August 9 (9:30am - 1:30pm).
A spokesperson for the Clarke Foley Centre said: "The sessions will be offering information about products and services, online and mobile banking registrations and resets, education on digital banking, education on how to reduce the risk of fraud, education on access to banking services, education on Post Office services, and helping to open accounts on customers’ own devices.
"If customers are registered for online banking and have their devices with them, they will also be able to help make payments, set up, amend and cancel standing orders, view and cancel Direct Debits, view statements, and report lost, stolen or damage cards.
"There are no appointments required for this service, and customers needing to withdraw money or cash a cheque, will still need to visit a HSBC branch or the post office."
