THE Yorkshire division of national homebuilder, Bellway Homes has retained its five-star status with the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for a seventh successive year.
The company, which currently has 11 developments in Yorkshire, including St. John’s View in Menston, received the accolade after it was confirmed by the HBF that over 90 per cent of its customers would be happy to recommend the housebuilder to a friend or family member. HBF’s ratings are based on a survey of all new home buyers.
Melanie Smith, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales director, said: “Achieving a seventh successive HBF five-star rating is a huge feat as it truly reflects what our customers think about the homes we build and the service we provide.
“We do have a very customer focussed approach, but that’s no guarantee that it’ll translate into a five-star rating. What you need is a dedicated team putting their all into delivering the very best level of service and product, and I’m so proud of everyone who works for us here in Yorkshire – it really is their achievement.”
Bellway Yorkshire has developments in Anlaby, Beverley, Brough, Driffield, Kirk Ella, Menston, Pocklington, South Cave, Skipton, Swallownest and Retford.
