A HORSFORTH based facilities management and maintenance company has completed the purchase of new head-office premises for an undisclosed sum.
Lonsdale Contracts has acquired the 2,360 sq. ft. self-contained building on Clayton Wood Court, West Park as part of its strategic growth plan.
The company is undertaking a significant refurbishment programme ahead of relocating from its existing premises in Horsforth later this year.
Christian Higgins, joint Managing Director of Lonsdale Contracts, said: “We are delighted to complete the purchase and the planned refurbishments will allow us to tailor the building to meet our own requirements and provide the space and environment to fuel further expansion.
“The location adjacent to the outer ring road is perfect not only for our office based colleagues, but also for our field teams who need easy access to the road network.”
Formed in 2008 by Christian Higgins and Andrew Mayo, Lonsdale Contracts provides bespoke commercial and residential facilities management and maintenance through its own in-house workforce to a range of clients including; pension funds, managing agents, housing associations and estate management companies. They also provide new build after-care to the construction industry.
