Chris Matthews, Business Leader at H Eaton & Sons Funeral Directors, said: “We’re opening our doors and welcoming members of our local community to come along and meet members of our brilliant team and find out more about working in the funeral sector. We want to demystify the stigma which is often associated with funeral homes and death and dying generally.
“Our team are from the local area that they serve. Our Funeral Directors are at the core of our business and the funerals we deliver within our community. Funeral Directors are responsible for delivering consistently high levels of client services to the deceased and their families, regularly making funeral arrangements, as well as conducting funerals.
“We’re welcoming everyone along to our open day, not just those interested in career opportunities, and our team will be on hand to discuss everything from planning a funeral to the funeral plan we offer.
“Dignity has introduced a new tailorable funeral plan product that is flexible and centred entirely around the customer. Their wishes, their personality, their way. Our plans are also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
“H Eaton & Sons Funeral Directors has been arranging and conducting bespoke funeral services for the Ilkley community for many years, providing the highest standards of funeral care. We’re experts in our field and taking care of our customers in their time of need is our top priority.”
