COLLEAGUES at the Ilkley branch of Skipton Building Society are celebrating after being named branch of the year out of Skipton’s 87 branches across the UK

The branch has been rewarded for its hard work as a whole team, achieving superb customer satisfaction scores and going above and beyond for their customers.

Susan Cree, manager at Skipton’s Ilkley branch, said: “I am so incredibly proud of my team’s hard work and achievement in being recognised as Branch of the Year. We have provided an outstanding level of service to our members in the Ilkley area and beyond throughout 2022, always trying to do the best for our customers. It is lovely to be recognised.”
