ILKLEY BID have partnered with LoyalFree to create an interactive Easter egg hunt around Ilkley town centre which is taking place from Monday, March 29 until April 18.
More than 20 Ilkley businesses are taking part in the Easter Trail which invites families to search for Easter egg images on display in selected shop windows around Ilkley town centre. Start the socially distanced trail on the LoyalFree app and see where the next location is with the map and directions features.
Scan the QR codes on the egg posters at all locations to be entered into a prize draw to win Easter chocolate prizes and vouchers to spend at Ilkley businesses of your choice.
To take part log in on the LoyalFree app, head to the trails section and try it - it is completely free.
Felicity Gains, Ilkley BID Manager said: ‘‘Here in Ilkley, we wanted to make sure that local residents are still able to enjoy a fun Easter holiday with the family and we think our interactive trail does just that providing an interesting way for families to enjoy their exercise time within the government guidelines.
“As the lockdown restrictions ease and the high street starts to reopen, we will be adding more interesting trails over the coming months.”
LoyalFree is a multi-award winning mobile phone app which helps connect people to special offers. Currently used in 30 towns and cities, the app combines this with local digital loyalty schemes, tourism information, tours and trails, event listings and flash competitions.
