Airedale Hospital has announced its 100th patient who tested positive for coronavirus has died.
A further four have died at Bradford Royal Infirmary taking the Bradford district total to 292 - 190 at Bradford Teaching Hospitals, 100 at Airedale and two at Bradford care trust.
A statement from NHS England today said: "A further 157 people, who tested positive for coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 25,534.
"Patients were aged between 12 and 100 years old. Seven of the 157 patients (aged between 57 and 88) had no known underlying health condition.
"Their families have been informed."
Across the UK a further 180 people have been reported to have died taking the official number of victims to 36,573.
Recently, Airedale announced that 190 patients who had been treated for coronavirus had recovered and had been discharged.
