Protesters at a Make Space for Peace Week demonstration outside RAF Menwith Hill
PROTESTORS from Otley joined a Make Space for Peace Week demonstration at RAF Menwith Hill.
The event took place outside the main gates of the US intelligence-gathering base on Tuesday, October 9.
It was part of a week of action that had been called for by the Global Network Against Weapons and Nuclear Power in Space.
Speakers included Dave Webb of CND, Colin Archer from the Campaign Against the Arms Trade and Sarah Swift from the Menwith Hill Accountability Campaign.
