A65 resurfacing work badly timed
WHILE I very much welcome the resurfacing of the A65 at Nunroyd Park, I was disappointed to see the work started on the first day back after half term. The delays that this caused were a major inconvenience to many, and it is a shame that it was not better timed.
I appreciate that not all road works can be co-ordinated with school holidays, but it seems to me a major arterial route like the A65 should have been timetabled for when it would cause the least disruption to travellers.
