Firefighters are tackling a massive blaze at an air conditioning factory in Rawdon.
The fire was reported at Airedale Engineering shortly before 3pm and ten fire pumps are currently at the scene. A spokeswoman for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said it was large incident. Nearby homes and businesses have been evacuated and roads closed causing traffic congestion.
The A65, the main route from Leeds to Guiseley and Ilkley, was closed in both directions with queueing traffic between the B6152 Harrogate Road junction and the A6120 Broadway junction. There is congestion to the A6038 Bradford Road junction and on A658 Pool Bank New Road to the Old Pool Bank junction.
