HAMMOND Angela Elizabeth Passed away peacefully at home on 24th September, aged 78. Wonderful and loving mother to Jo, Guy and Louise. Grandmother of James, Beth, Millie, Hettie, Luke, Maia and Ethan and Great-Grandmother of Rufus. A funeral service will be held at Rawdon Crematorium on 29th October 2024 at 13:00 followed by refreshments at The Bradford Golf Club.
