PARKER George Peacefully on 23rd May 2023 at home. George aged 84 years of Slaidburn. The dearly loved husband of the late Sheila, much loved father of Alison, Helen and Geordie, a loved father-in-law of Mark, Russell and Karen, dearest grandad of Seth, Anna, Ethan, Isaac, Declan, Ailsa, Andrew, and Jack, also a dear brother of Alice and the late John, and friend to many. Reposing in 'Peacehaven' Chapel of Rest. Service and interment will take place at St. Andrew's Church, Slaidburn on Saturday 3rd June at 11am. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of George, if desired, are invited for either The Friends of Slaidburn Country Practice or St. Andrew's Church, Slaidburn, and can be left at Church or given to a family member.
