HEAD Marilyn (nee Phillip) Peacefully in the Royal Blackburn Hospital, on 9th February, 2023, Marilyn, aged 86 years. The dearly loved and devoted wife of Ian, very much loved and precious mum of Kevin and Fiona, dearest mother-in-law to Megan, very special grandma and great-grandma, dearly loved sister-in-law to Jennifer and Rodney and a lovely friend who will be greatly missed by everyone. At rest in the Alderson and Horan Funeral Home. Marilyn's funeral cortege will leave from her home on Tuesday, 21st February at 11.30 a.m. for service and cremation at Burnley Crematorium, 12.15 p.m. Family flowers only please or donations are being received for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, c/o and all enquiries to Alderson and Horan Funeral Service, 128 Rossendale Rd, Burnley, BB11 5DH.
