SMITH John Nunweek John passed away peacefully on 17th January 2023, at William Wilberforce Care Home, Pocklington, aged 94 years. Formerly of Greenhead Drive, Keighley he was the devoted husband of the late Shirley, much loved father of Nicholas and Helen, and loving grandpa and great-grandpa. The funeral service will take place at St Stephen's Church, Steeton on Wednesday 22nd February at 12:30pm, followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of John would be appreciated in support to Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice. A box will be provided at the service for this purpose or may be made online at www.david-gallagher.co.uk.
