Notice is hereby given that I Mark Chaplow, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 Of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Cena Bistro, Oxford Road Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9AT. I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on the premises:The sale of alcohol and the playing of amplified music Monday to Sunday 11.00-23.00 Subject to the following terms: CCTV, Challenge 21, Incident register, Litter clearance.
