NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION We hereby give notice that the owner of Hurdy House, Langbar is to submit a planning application to Harrogate Borough Council for the erection of a stable block and installation of access gate at Hurdy House, Track from Currer Lane to Wards End, Langbar, LS29 0ES. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council at Harrogate Borough Council, PO Box 787, Harrogate, HG1 9RW within 21 days of the date of this notice.
