Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Name of applicant: Co-operative Group Food Ltd Address of Premises: Co-operative 22 Brook Street, Ilkley, West Yorkshire LS29 8DE. The premises currently has the benefit of a Premises Licence, number BD/PRA0306. The purpose of this application is to vary the Premises Licence to extend the store into the neighbouring adjacent unit which will result in an increase of the licensed area. The licensable activity is the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises. In all other respects the licence will remain unchanged. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 19 July 2016 A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours but by appointment only.
