ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL YEWBANK TERRACE, ILKLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 529) ORDER 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of works to replace gas mains to be executed on or near Yewbank Terrace, Ilkley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Yewbank Terrace, Ilkley from its junction with A65 Skipton Road to its junction with Chapel Lane. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access and vehicular access for residents will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via A65 Skipton Road, B6382 Bolton Bridge Lane, Chapel Lane and vice versa. The Order comes into operation on 23rd May 2016 and remains in force until 13th June 2016 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
