NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Parochial Church Council, St. John the Evangelist applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 13th April 2016 for a licence to use the premises at St. John the Evangelist, Ben Rhydding Church Hall, Bolling Road, Ilkley, LS29 8PN for the sale by retail of alcohol from 19:00 to 22:30 Monday to Sunday.Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 12th May 2016. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fee of £5000. Dated: 14th April 2016.
