CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT) (NO. **) ORDER 20** SUN LANE BURLEY-IN-WHARFEDALE

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit restriction on that length of Sun Lane, Burley-in-Wharfedale which extends from its junction with Main Street to its junction with West View Road.
A copy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected road and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford and at the Ilkley Tourist and Visitor Information Centre, Town Hall, Ilkley.
Ifyou wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on Friday 5th February 2016 quoting reference:- LEG/PCD/SPN/72991. Dated: 14th January 2016.
