LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application for the grant of a premises licence has been made to Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Licensing Authority) to permit the licensable activities of sale of alcohol on and off the premises and regulated entertainment between the hours of 1000 to 0000 Monday to Sunday and the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 to 0000 Monday to Sunday with seasonal extensions such activities being subject to the operational conditions offered in the full application. A record of the application and licensing register can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority Environmental and Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW between the hours of 0900-1700 Monday to Thursday and from 0900-1630 Friday (except bank holidays) or online at www.bradfordlicensing.org.uk. Any person wishing to make representations must submit them in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address clearly stating the grounds for the representation within 28 days of the date shown below.
