NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Garry John Boldy applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 28/8/15 for an application to use the premises at 2B Station Road, Burley in Wharfedale, LS29 7JL for sale by retail of alcohol Mon - Sun 07.00 - 00.00. Representations should be made in writing to the Enviromental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 27/9/15. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
