Notice is hereby given that I, DOMINIC COPSEY, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Dom and Geri LTD, Heather House, Station Road, Guiseley, LS20 8BX. I intend to provide the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol via the website www.domandgeri.com. no alcohol will be sold for consumption on-premises.
