CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT) (NO 2) ORDER 2015 CARTER'S LANE, ILKLEY

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council proposes to make the above Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which will be to introduce a speed limit of 40 miles per hour on the full length of Carter's Lane, Ilkley Acopy of the draft Order together with a map showing the affected roads and the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and at Customer Services Reception, Ilkley Town Hall
If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send the grounds for your objection in writing to reach the undersigned by no later than 12 noon on 21st August 2015 quoting reference:- LEG/DEV/CEB/72796 Dated this 30th day of July 2015
