NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Filmore & Union (Ilkley) Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 29th June 2015 for a licence to use the premises at 39 The Grove, Ilkley, West Yorkshire LS29 9NJ for the sale by retail of alcohol and the playing of recorded music. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by Monday 27th July 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 2nd July 2015
