NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Nuri Dogan applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 7/05/2015 for a licence to use the premises at 1 Crescent Court, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29 8DE for supply of alcohol, provision of recorded music and performances of dance. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 4/6/2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Date: 21/May/2015
