LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that The Individual Wood Fired Pizza Company Limited applied to Leeds City Council on the 27th February 2015 for a New Premises Licence in respect of the restaurant premises at Trattoria Il Forno, 85 Town Street, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5BP and intends to conduct on or from the restaurant premises the following licensable activities during the hours stated below: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption at the restaurant premises by customers with a table meal. Sale by retail of alcohol: Tuesday to Sunday 12.00 to 23.00. Opening hours of premises: Tuesday to Sunday 12.00 to 23.00.
