NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Kay Pearce applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 15 January 2015 for a licence to use the premises at 30 Leeds Road, Ilkley, LS29 8DS for the sale by retail of alcohol during the hours of 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 9pm on Thursday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 14 February 2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 15 January 2015
