JC Restaurants Ltd hereby give notice of our intention to gain retrospective planning permission for the retention of the raised decking platform to the front of 39 The Grove, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29 9NJ. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice at Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW.
