Application to Vary Premises Licence Name of Applicant: Rontec Watford Limited. Address: Orchard Service Station, Bradford Road, Burley in Wharfdale, Ilkley, LS29 7PU. Licensing Authority: Bradford Metropolitan District Council. Licensing Authority Address: Licensing Team, Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Environmental & Regulatory Services, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW, (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours). Licensing Authority Website: www.bradford.gov.uk. The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the above premises as follows: 1. To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 2. To extend the hours for the provision of late night refreshment to between the hours of 2300 and 0500 7 days a week. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 28 February 2014. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing.
