ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL FIELDWAY AND AN UNNAMED PUBLIC FOOTPATHTOTHE NORTH OF FIELDWAY,ILKLEY TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 435) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of redevelopment works to be executed on or near Fieldway and the unnamed public footpath to the north of Fieldway, Ilkley has made the abovenamed Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed as follows:-
i. in the length of Fieldway from its termination for adistance of 15 metres in asoutherly direction

ii. in the length of the unnamed public footpath to the north of Fieldway from its junction with Fieldway for adistance of 100 metres in awesterly then northerly direction

PROVIDED THATsuch prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road and public footpath.
Essential vehicular access to premises on Fieldway will be allowed. Alternative routes for pedestrian trafficaffected by the proposed Order will be available via Fieldway (unaffected part) - Valley Drive -Wyvil Crescent -unnamed public footpath and vice versa. There is no necessity for an alternative route for vehicular trafficasthis should be unaffected by this closure
The Order comes into operation on 13th January 2014 and remains in force for aperiod of approximately 12 months in relation to Fieldway and 6months in relation to the unnamed public footpath (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
