NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003.

Chelwood Business Finance Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 23 October 2013 for a licence to use the premises at The Flying Duck, 16 Church Street, Ilkley, LS29 9DS for the sale by retail of alcohol / provision of regulated entertainment / provision of late night refreshment: Mon-Tue 1100-2300. Wed-Sat 1100-0100, Sun: 1200-0030. The variation is to include the sale of alcohol in the brewery housed in a barn at the rear of the main building and via table service on a balcony which is located between the pub and the barn.Representations should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 20 November 2013. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday.
