Notice of Application to vary a Club Premises Certificate. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application to vary a club premises certificate which is punishable by a maximum fine up to level 5 on the standard scale. Take notice that an application has been made by Addingham Village Social Club 147A, Main Street, Ilkley, West Yorkshire, LS29 0LZ, whose relevant qualifying club activities are 1.A performance of live music 2. Any playing of recorded music 3. The supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club, or to the order of, a member of the club for consumption ON or OFF the premises. 4.The sale by retail of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to a guest of a member of the club for consumption ON the premises. To vary the club premises certificate by Variation of the current authorised hours to carry out Qualifying Club Activities to- Monday to Thursday-10.00am to midnight Friday and Saturday 10.00am to 1.00am Sunday-10.00am to midnight Good Friday -10.00am to midnight to the following licensing authority City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Enviromental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacubs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW, Online- www.bradfordlicensing.org.uk where the record of the application may be inspected. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations about this application in writing to the relevant licensing authority within 28 days of the date below Dated 26 July 2013.
