Notice of application for grant of premises licence under the licensing act 2003

Gary Cosgrove applied to City of Bradford Council Metropolitan District Council on 14th April 2013 for a licence to use the premises at Lounge 10, 10 Wells Road Ilkley LS29 9JD for the sale by retail of alcohol. Representations should be made in writing to:-Environmental Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 12th May 2013. Persons wishing to inspect the liscensing register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday & 09.00-16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an applicationwhich carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 24th April 2013
