NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE UNDER THE LICENCING ACT 2003

Menston Cricket Club applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 15/03/13 for a certificate to use at the premises at 127 Bradford Road, Menston, LS29 6EB for the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of the club to, or to the order of, a member of the club. The hours proposed to operate are Tue to Fri 18:30 – 23:00; Sat 13:00 – 23:00 and Sun 13:30 – 22:30. Representation should be made in writing to the Environmental & Regulatory services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by the 20/04/13. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 – 16:30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 22/03/13.
