NOTICE OF CONSULTATION ON APPLICATION FOR DESIGNATION OF A NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA

Leeds City Council and Harrogate Borough Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended by The Localism Act 2011, Schedule 9 The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Part 2 Leeds City Council and Harrogate Borough Council hereby gives notice that Otley Parish Council has submitted an application for the designation of a neighbourhood area under Part 2 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. The proposed boundary and supporting statement can be viewed on the City Council’s website at www.leeds.gov.uk/Planning or the Borough Council’s website at www.harrogate.gov.uk/NeighbourhoodPlanning and in person at The Development Enquiry Centre, City Development, The Leonardo Building, 2 Rossington Street, Leeds, LS2 8HD (Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm, Wed 9.30am – 5.00pm); and Otley library, Nelson Street, Otley, LS21 1EZ (Opening times: Monday 10.00am – 7.00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.00am – 7.00pm, Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm, Sunday 11.00am – 3pm.) If you wish to make representations about the proposed neighbourhood area, these must be made in writing between Friday 1 March and Friday 12 April 2013 (5pm) by completing a response form which can be found at www.leeds.gov.uk/Planning and at Otley library or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer. Completed representation forms and letters may be posted to The Chief Planning Officer, City Development, The Leonardo Building, 2 Rossington Street, Leeds, LS2 8HD or emailed to
