SIX information panels have been installed around Burley-in-Wharfedale by the Community Trust.
They display information on the historic buildings and landmarks in the centre of the village and include a map which situates Burley within the excellent network of long distant foot paths in the area.
Duncan Ault, chair of the Community Trust, said: "We hope people will agree that they are a useful addition to our lovely village, ensuring that everyone is aware of all its highlights."
The Community Trust thanks Burley Parish Council, Walkers are Welcome, The Happy Hiker, Tom Sumner and Chevin Landscapes for their valuable contributions.
The panels can be found at the bottom of Station Road, at the train station, on the village green and at Burley Woodhead.
